COMMISSION RULES
Please read the following guidelines on this page carefully
Please note: All commission requests will be forwarded to my Illustration agent at Beehive illustration, after which all correspondence will be with them!

This page outlines commission guidelines for personal use only, feel free to discuss commissioning me for commercial purposes with my agent as well.

Pricing
BUST (Head and shoulders) - £80
HALF BODY/TORSO - £90
FULL BODY - £110
Please provide visual references and a concise description of the illustration you are after
The above prices are for a ONE person/character. Additional people will cost £5 per extra person.
Plain colour or simple backgrounds at no extra cost. Busy or complex backgrounds will cost an extra £10.
50% of payment is required after initial sketch. The rest can then be paid once the final illustration is complete.
All payments will be made directly through to my agency, Beehive Illustration.
Only 2 changes can be made once the colouring stage has begun, free of charge.
After that any requests to make changes will incur an extra fee of £5.
- It will take me between 1-2 and half weeks to complete the commission depending on the complexity of the art. You will be notified you if it will take longer than this.
Examples
All work will be created in 300 dpi RBG canvas, A4 size (21cm x 29.7cm / 2480px by 3508px).
On completion, final illustrations will be provided as a digital file, jpeg, at no extra cost.
Terms and Conditions
The prices listed are for personal use only (non-profit).
For commercial uses, where art will be used to make profit (book covers, merch, commercial art prints, stickers and other products or promotional material/banner on profitable platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon etc.) new prices will need to be negotiated and a contract will need to be and signed by all parties, overseen by my agency, Beehive Illustration.
I WILL draw:
- Real people
- Original Characters
- Fan art
- Mythical creatures (mermaids, fairies, angels etc)I will NOT draw:
- An exact replication of another art style
- Gore/violence
- Explicit/NSFW images
- Furries (humans with animal ears/tails are fine)
- Anything I’m uncomfortable with or outside my scope of expertise
- You are free to post the art on social media (please credit me)
- You can use the art for PERSONAL prints but I maintain copyright and you CANNOT resell my artwork for profit unless you have paid commercial pricing.
- I will be posting commissions on my social media. If you would like your commission to remain completely private and not posted online, please let me know.
- Do NOT claim my artwork as your own.
You are NOT allowed to use my artwork for any AI purposes or mint as a NFT
- I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason
- If you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage you will be refunded.
- No refund will be given after sketch is finalized or after the colouring stage.
